Morgan performs brokerage services such as investment sales, seller representation, tenant representation, broker opinions of value, researching and analyzing data; as well as maintaining our online presence and marketing platform. Gained in depth experience while working previously for Investec as an Advisor and Marketing Coordinator.
Completed the UF Master of Science in Real Estate program in May of 2012. The program focused on Commercial Real Estate core fundamental skills such as Appraisal, Development, Finance, RE Law, etc. These courses in addition to the electives such as CMBS/ Securitization and Special Topics in RE, in an effort to further financial and analytical knowledge and technological prowess as it related to the commercial real estate industry.
Graduated from Florida State University in 2007 with dual majors in Urban Planning and Political Science, with a secondary concentration in Economics. These interrelated academic fields in addition to hands on experience have made Morgan a valuable asset to our company.
Current member of the NAR, Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors, and the CCIM Institute.
Selected to a competitive internship in Washington D.C. for Senator Bill Nelson as a legislative intern in 2006, in 2004 selected to work for Congressman Allen Boyd’s campaign staff on his way to re-election in FL’s 2nd Congressional District, and in 2002 worked as a runner for Cole, Stone & Stoudemire.
Life Member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity, enjoys outdoor activities such as surfing, wakeboarding, spear fishing, basketball, tennis and golf.
